Terms & Conditions
- By using our website, you agree to follow our policies and guidelines.
- All prasad items are religious offerings and non-perishable.
- Orders once confirmed cannot be modified after dispatch.
- Home stay booking is subject to availability.
- Valid government ID is mandatory at the time of home stay check-in.
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
- Any damage to property during stay will be chargeable.
- Illegal activities, misconduct, or violation of local laws are strictly prohibited.
- Standard check-in time: 12:00 PM | Check-out time: 10:00 AM (subject to availability).
- We reserve the right to update policies without prior notice.
Shipping Policy
- Orders are processed within 2-3 working days after payment confirmation.
- Delivery timeline is generally 5-7 working days depending on location.
- Tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp or SMS once dispatched.
- Shipping is available Pan India.
- BDN is not responsible for courier delays due to natural calamities, strikes, or government restrictions.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
- As prasad is a religious offering item, refund is not applicable once order is dispatched.
- If an order is cancelled before dispatch, refund may be processed after deduction of applicable charges.
- In case of damaged package during transit, customer must inform within 24 hours with photo proof.
- Home stay cancellation policies may vary depending on booking terms.
- No refund shall be applicable for no-show cases in home stay bookings.
Seva Mitra Program Policy
- BDN Seva Mitra Program is a devotional participation initiative where individuals voluntarily share BDN services with others.
- Seva Mitra will receive Seva Prerna Rashi only on successfully completed, delivered, and payment-verified orders.
- Self-orders placed using one's own Seva Link are not eligible for Seva Prerna Rashi.
- Any misuse, false promotion, misleading claims, or creation of fake orders may result in immediate removal from the Seva Mitra Program.
- Seva Prerna Rashi will be processed periodically after verification, subject to minimum eligible balance as decided by BDN.
- BDN reserves the right to revise, pause, or discontinue the Seva Mitra Program at any time without prior notice.
- Participation in the Seva Mitra Program is considered voluntary devotional support and does not create any employment, partnership, or legal agency relationship.
- Seva Mitras are expected to maintain the dignity, authenticity, and spiritual values associated with Baijnathdham Nagari.
Dispute Resolution
- In case of any dispute, parties agree to resolve the matter amicably.
- Jurisdiction shall be Deoghar, Jharkhand, India.
- BDN shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of services.
